The conference is scheduled to be an in-person conference. The organizers will adopt the IEQ-GA recommendations for safer conferences during a pandemic.

In case presenters encounter difficulties to come to the conference due to the pandemic, the possibility will be offered to pre-record their presentation, whereby this presentation will then be shown during the session. The presenter has to be registered for the conference.
